What does the membership cost?+
$30 a month, or $330 a year. The first term is 12 months, then it continues month to month. It covers one heating & cooling system; each extra system is +$10 a month.
What happens if you find a problem?+
You get a clear report on your phone with photos and a color for how urgent each item is. You choose what to fix and when — nothing is done without your OK.
Is the non-member service call credited toward the repair?+
No. The non-member service call is a separate charge. Members pay $19 instead — and you can join on the same visit to get the member price.
I have more than one furnace or AC. Is that covered?+
The membership covers one heating & cooling system. Each extra system is +$10 a month — the sign-up form adds it for you.
What are replacement credits?+
When a member replaces equipment with us — like a water heater, furnace or AC — they get a credit off the price. Credits start after 90 days of membership.
When does my membership start?+
Sign up online in two minutes. We call or text you within one business day to schedule your first check-up and send a secure link to set up payment. Your membership starts when payment is set up.
How does billing work?+
The monthly plan is billed every month; the yearly plan once a year. The first term is 12 months, then it continues month to month.
Do you keep my card on file?+
We never store card numbers ourselves. Billing runs through our secure payment system.
